She lives with her husband in Maplewood where they raised their two sons, who now live in Chatham and Vermont.

Ginny Hansen
Ginny has been in the dental profession since 1990 when she started out as a dental assistant. She then received her CDA/RDA at the Institute of Health Education in NJ. Shortly after both her sons were born she decided to return to college to become a dental hygienist. After completing her studies at Bergen Community College, she obtained her A.A.S, RDH. She has always enjoyed the dental world and working with her patients. Her passion is nutrition and is looking forward to continuing her education to further educate her dental patients and the co-relation between overall health and oral health. She mostly enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 2 teenage sons.

Jackie Iannone
Jackie Iannone, R.D.A, has been working in the dental field since 2001 and graduated from The Institute for Health Education in 2003.
She has been working with Dr. Romano since March 2006. Jackie’s pleasant personality brings a sense of serenity to the office as she is able to put patients at ease.
Most of the procedures in our office are done “four-handed” with an assistant directly helping Dr. Romano. This allows state of the art dentistry to be done as expeditiously as possible.
Our dental assistants are excellent communicators and can clarify any questions you may have regarding treatment procedures. Additionally, they ensure that infection control guidelines are fulfilled or exceeded by following a strict protocol for sterilization of equipment.

Jacqui Bartels
I was raised in Morris County where I graduated from Morris County Community College with an Associates in Humanities. I continued my education and graduated from Berdan Institute in Wayne, NJ as a Dental Assistant. I’m a new member of Dr. Romano’s team and enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with the patients.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my puppy, Bacon as well as with my friends at the beach

Sedation Dentistry
Here at Sam Romano, DMD, we understand peoples' fears of the dentist. This is why we are 1 of only 70 in the state of New Jersey who offers sedation dentistry. For sedation dentistry we have highly trained Anesthesiologists that help provide ‘pain free’ and comfortable procedures.
