For your convenience we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also can set up a financial arrangement using Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

As a convenience to our patients we submit to most dental insurance plans. Please bring your insurance information with you so that we may process your insurance. As a service to our patients, we will submit insurance claims electronically with all x-rays and attachments requested by your insurance company to maximize your benefit.
Please note we can submit claims for most dental insurance plans. However, unlike medical insurance, dental insurance has a defined yearly maximum to be paid. Please note that your dental plan is provided by your employer. The portion that is paid is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your employer, the more generous the insurance reimbursement.
Although we are not a party to the contractual agreement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement which you are entitled. However, a patient is responsible for the balance after insurance is received.
